This is an example of a simple form required by ECO Forms users. It is classed as SIMPLE because it has no facilities to "look up" information from another stack of forms or from external sources such as database tables. Fields can be text information, numbers (with or without decimals) pictures taken on a phone or tablet camera, signatures (as in the one on this example captured from a touch screen)
If the form is recording a lot of information then this can be arranged over multiple pages.
Values entered into fields can be checked - for example a field expecting a temperature reading can be made to only accept values within a certain range, say, 0 to 35 degrees C. Similarly a form can be made so it cannot be saved until certain fields have been filled in.
