This is an example of a standard form required by ECO Forms users. It is more complex than a simple form having "radio button" choices and uses schematic diagrams used in the assessment of a caravan being considered for part-exchange. See below for more details.
This form records the condition of the unit at the time of inspection and makes use of HOTSPOTS which are a mix of text and photos to record the data. You can add as many HotSpots as you like to the form - dropping them onto the schematic to indicate the location of the issue being described. If you are using a smartphone or tablet to capture the data then the picture(s) you take are automatically associated with the form/hotspot and you can have multiple pictures within a single HotSpot. You can add multiple hotspots to any instance of a form placing a marker on the form diagram to show the position of the information being recorded.
A form like this records the exact condition of the unit at the time of the appraisal which, in turn, protects both the dealer and the customer in the event of a dispute.
The design of this form can easily be adapted to record the condition of cars, boats, vans, houses etc. It could also be used before and after service handovers to establish the exact condition before custody is transferred.
